India delivery
Minimum order ₹599 after discounts. Every qualifying India retail order ships free. Delivery depends on PIN-code serviceability and courier availability. Contact us for the current dispatch estimate and an expected delivery date before a time-sensitive order.
Damaged, missing or wrong packs
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with your order number, photographs of the outer parcel, shipping label and affected packs. Keep the packaging while we review your concern. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items. If you discover a product-quality concern later, contact us promptly with the pack label and batch details.
Cancellation and refunds
Contact us immediately to request cancellation before dispatch. Cancellation after dispatch cannot be guaranteed. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; we will share the processing estimate when confirming the refund. Opened food packs cannot be returned for a change of preference; quality issues can still be reported.
